Condals Group has partnered with Club Natació Manresa to launch the Condals Group Values Award, recognising individuals whose sporting achievements and personal qualities make them role models for the club’s community.

The award was presented during the official launch of the 2026–2027 season and honoured Jaume Cots for his lifelong connection to Club Natació Manresa. The award was presented by Josep Maria Noguera, on behalf of the company.

Recognising the values we share

For Condals Group, taking part in this initiative is an opportunity to strengthen its commitment to the local community and its collaboration with local organisations, while highlighting individuals who embody the values that also define the company: commitment, collaboration and excellence.

The Values Award celebrates perseverance, the drive to overcome challenges and team spirit, values shared by both the sporting and industrial worlds.

Jaume Cots, a lifetime dedicated to swimming

Jaume Cots began swimming at the age of nine, played for Club Natació Manresa’s water polo teams and served as a swimming and water polo referee. At the age of 70, he returned to competitive swimming in the masters category.

With more than three million metres swum, numerous medals and records to his name, his sporting achievements are extraordinary. However, the award also recognises his outstanding personal qualities, team spirit, warmth and dedication to the club.

Congratulations, Jaume, on this well-deserved recognition and for being an example of perseverance and dedication!
